This is a very nice Birchwood that has been looked after by the current owners.

Externally she needs a clean from the winter grime that the trees have left.

Internally she is very spacious and having a new cooker installed along with new seating in the cockpit, New canopy she is ready to go at a very realistic price.

The engine wsa serviced last year along with the outdrive.

It has been updated with new gas system and now has a BSS ticket until 2015

Overall a nice boat for a weekender or a starter boat that has many home comforts.
