Commentaires du Broker
This boathouse is able to hold a boat up to approximately 39 to 40 feet. The current well opening inside has been cut out for a 32 Grand Banks but with new openings it should be able to hold a boat considerably larger. Built in 2005 to code at that time it has an outside tie to the docks which allows for a direct entry / exit without being subject to the width of a fairway. Ownership requires membership at Day Island Yacht Club in Tacoma / University Place.
