Broker's Comments
This Bourne really is a very comfortable boat designed by the current owners as a live aboard. She was completely fitted out in 2007/8 and has had many upgrades throughout 2009. These include new driveshaft, propeller, plumbing, electrics, sea toilet and holding tank, shower and tray, recon gearbox, immersion heater and calorifier. There is also a brand new bowthruster fitted in 2009. As you can appreciate she is a very reliable and spacious cruiser and not just a boat to live on.All in all she is a versatile and solid boat that offers everything needed for extended cruising in comfort or living aboard. She is currently moored on a residential mooring with water, electric and telephone line. This can be transferred to the new owner subject to marina owners approval.
