Fwd cabin has 2 single "V" berths with option of providing an "infill" to create double. Second guest cabin starboard amidships. The main saloon is bright and airy with a lot of space. Moving aft there’s a well-equipped galley to starboard. The owner's cabin is a decent sized cabin with island bed, ample storage and wardrobes. It also benefits from an en-suite. There is lots of storage in all of the cabins, saloon and galley. The cockpit also provides great seating too.
New cabin heating - diesel fired unit installed 2021
New canopy 2021. New toilet relay system. New bilge pump under saloon 2021, new water pump for domestic supply. Note there’s a CD player in cockpit and an additional Tv with satellite box in the master cabin.

Broom Boats have an excellent reputation for quality craftsmanship. This boat is ideal for families and long passage making. Ocean 42’s are very capable sea kindly boats and many have ventured across to Europe. This one benefits from a bow thruster. The air draft means that you can cruise many rivers as well. The current owner spent £10,000 on upgrades in 2021. The cockpit and interior are extremely spacious. A very robust boat with wide side decks making it easier to move around when mooring up. She would also be a fantastic liveaboard. The current owner has lived onboard for the last 2 years. The mooring would be transferable subject to meeting Marina Manager. Great views of the River and close to Rochester.
