The guest bath is to starboard and also has a separate stall shower. The forward cabin has two single stacked berths. Both heads have vacuflush toilets. No cabin heating system is aboard presently -- though one can be installed to the buyer's specification as part of a purchase agreement.

This Californian 35 is unusual in that few were made with the aft cabin master suite. The single helm station is on the flybridge (enclosed with a bimini and eisenglass) which increases the usable interior space below. The boat has a large covered sundeck/cockpit with open access to the flybridge area. The owner is having the upholstery replaced on the helm seating and bench. The large salon windows have mini-blinds for privacy and big open sliders for warm days. For a 35 foot boat this Californian has a remarkable amount of interior space.
