Solid Fiberglass hull renforced by a molded fiberglass grid epoxied into the shell. Rigging loads are distributed through the grid reducing torque by tying the loads together.
Balsa-cored decks are also mated to a grid-like headliner.

Broker's Comments
This Beneteau 40 Oceanis impressed me with its large, open, airy interior. The side decks provide for uncluttered access all around the boat. All running rigging is led to the cockpit for ease of handling. With a three-cabin layout and two heads this boat offers the ability to cruise with friends or a large family. She's in nice condition, and appears to be ready to get underway. WIth newer sails, in mast and headsail furling she'll be a joy to sail.
