Engine located in middle cabin, Electric start, fresh water cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive to three bladed bronze propeller with rope cutter, single lever control.

TWC electronic voltage regulator with high output alternator.
Wet exhaust system with purpose made stainless steel manifold exhaust water branch, leading to Halyard Marine silencer/waterlock leading to purpose made gooseneck.
TMP Hydraulic gearbox – rebuilt with new casings, linings and drive plate by manufacturer 2016. Aquadrive marine coupling removed and refurbished - 2016.
Fuel Tank
Stainless steel purpose made 42 gallon fuel tank with large inspection hatch, accessible drain off and re-positioned stop tap and water separator/filter. Fuel tank completely removed, inspected, cleaned and new sender and gauge installed - 2017. Giving approx. range at cruising speed of 6knots, 382 miles
Whitlock steering gear driven system rebuilt with new bearings and seals to steering box 2014.

A very rare example of the classic Holman and Pye design, which won the London Boat Show cruiser award in 1970
Built of GRP to Lloyds 100A1 specification, in 1971 by Southern Boatbuilders Ltd., Designed for comfortable long-distance cruising. She has synthetic teak decks fitted 2015 and an abundance of varnished teak throughout she really is a delight to be aboard. Her hull was completely re-sprayed in 2013 amongst a number of further mini refit items over the last couple of years.
She has the added benefit of a lifting keel, so at the end of the passage it allows you to creep into beautiful uncrowded places few boats of her size can go.
