Triple, relatively straight drop boards (they won't fall out when jarred like a big V'd companionway
A proper bridge deck
Cockpit mounted manual bilge pump and electric as well.

Commentaires du Broker

This Canadian-owned, Florida registered Com-Pac 27/3 is in extraordinary condition and is uniquely situated in the Abaco Islands of the northern Bahamas. This gem of a pocket yacht represents a unique opportunity for sailors who want to cruise the Bahamas in their own capable and well-equipped boat, and avoid the rental fleets. Acquisition and continuing ownership of this well-priced cruiser couldn't be easier. This boat has been cruised in the Abacos for 4 winters and hauled out/stored “on the hard” in off seasons. Delivery back to Florida is available.

The Com-Pac 27 was designed by Bob Johnson of Island Packet fame to be the ultimate cruising boat in her size range. With its 9'-6" beam this is a big 27 and is loaded with cruising features! Unsurpassed ventilation with eight opening ports, two forward facing hatches and two dorade vents make living aboard comfortable at dock or anchor. Double lifelines, full length hand rails, proper seahood, self tailing winches and single line reefing make life underway safer.

Her 20HP three cylinder Yanmar diesel runs smoother and more powerfully than the standard 14HP engine, has extra “punch” when needed, yet sips fuel at cruising speeds. Her shallow draft opens up anchorages and passes that others avoid. This is a great Bahamas or Florida Keys cruiser!

On top of a long list of standard features, the experienced owner ordered this boat with many custom upgrades:
Upgraded 12 to 19 gallon fuel tank
Marine head with option to gravity empty holding tank when offshore.
Extra lamination for strength in topsides and foredeck
Custom cabinets at galley, behind settees, under V-berth and at starboard settee converting it to two reading chairs with armrests
All LED lighting
Low electrical draw Engel refrigeration
Custom canvas including dodger, bimini, fill-in joiner, sheet/halyard bags, bbq, wheel and sail covers
195 watt solar panel c/w adjustable mount and MPPT charge controller. As a testament to the effectiveness of this system the boat has NEVER been plugged in to shore power

This compact cruiser offers all the comforts but keeps moorage and storage fees low. Included is a storage space at “Abaco Yacht Services” on Green Turtle Cay. This is a desirable yard with a long waiting list of boats wanting to store there.

If you have thought of winter cruising the Bahamas by simply flying in and launching, this could be the perfect set up. Offered at only half the replacement price for a boat with only four seasons of use and very low engine hours.
