Broker's Comments
I had never been on board an ETAP boat before (in spite of me being Belgian), but I was very pleasantly surprised by the design of this boat. She is a very beamy boat, and because of the roof windows over the saloon you really get sensation of space here. The interior of this boat, although it was designed in 1990 (boat of the year then!) still looks very up-to-date, with lots of light coloured wood and dark accents. All the interior woodwork has been revarnished in 2008, but the upholstery needs to be replaced. The boat comes equipped with lots of extras such as the (powerful) cabin heating and the generator, allowing for year-round living on board. But she is also a boat with good sailing qualities, and she is certified unsinkable! US flag. European VAT paid. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
