New 24 volt sterling shore power battery charger installed 2016
New max prop fitted in year 2000 this is the infinitely adjustable propeller which could even be adjusted by a diver, however the owner believes he has found the perfect setting for for it.
The four solar panels on the top of the cockpit provide enough power, even in Scotland , so that visits to Marinas is quite unnecessary. .

She is a fine example of the Nicholson 48 and one of the last of this type
The current owners have travelled extensively in the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Scottish waters and fitted her out accordingly , definately a motor sailer deck saloon ,with such a detailed inventory, it is difficult to determine what else you may require to sail her far and wide.In fact the owner advises me that the purchaser will be well advised to bring a van to collect all the spares.
