Cornish Crabbers have been based at Rock, in Cornwall since 1979 when they launched the first 'Shrimper'. Since then they have evolved in terms of design however all boats are still hand built to a very high production standard and their continuing customer service alongside an active owner's association inspires confidence for used boat purchasers regardless of the age of boat.
The Crabber 24 Cutter, one of their 'Classic series', originally built in plywood as a collaboration with Westerly Yachts has become one of the most iconic 'modern classics' in production today. The Mk4 version was launched in 2000, this particular boat being the London Boat Show boat of 2001, showing off increased cabin headroom and a unique pivoting up bowsprit (reducing marina berths to 24' rather than 30') without losing valuable deck space.
Her current owner has taken considerable pride in upgrading and maintaining her, from her recently epoxied hull to a solar charging system, she is an extremely fine example of a lovely coastal cruiser.
