Broker's Comments
An excellent river cruiser with an excellent owners club! The Freeman 23 is a very popular solid little boat benefiting from a well thought design. This example has had several usefull additions and upgrades and is in good condition for its age. She is easily manouvered with positive steering and offers a good deal of space from a 23ft boat. Mechanically she has been very well cared for and the engine is one of the best I have seen in a boat this age. She has a full BSC and a morse control is fitted rather than the gear lever and seperate throttle. The woodwork has been very well cared for both internally and externally. The hull was prepared and re antifouled in 2008 along with the hull and topsides having been proffesionally "A" Glazed.
The canopy is showing signs of age, otherwise a good honest boat ready to go.
