Broker's Comments
This is one of 26 Cutters H.G.May designed, each one unique. She is a real piece of history and is perfect for anyone looking for some nostalgia.
As with any boat of this age she needs to be loved and cared for. There are areas that need attention but these are generally cosmetic. The saloon is open and spacious. Having a solid fuel stove in the corner is a nice feature. The upholstery is in good order also.
She benefits from having had the standing rigging replaced last year. The decks look to be in good condition and the varnish is also to a good standard.
All in all a very useable classic that is looking for a new home and is priced to sell.
