Broker's Comments
Designed in New Zealand by Hartley and built in England the Isabella Rose is a practical sailing boat rather than a luxury cruising yacht. She is an exceptionally spacious and safe sea-going 38' ketch with full headroom throughout. She was professionally built and a copy of the survey whilst inbuild is available. Peter Finch was a professional boat builder and a consultant in ferro-cement construction. Few people guess that she is ferro as the hull is so true.
The boat has been extensively cruised, including the Atlantic circuit; sailed to Dubrovnik, in Croatia, whose coast and islands she has been cruising for the past 5 years.
There is an extensive blue water inventory.
An ideal live-aboard boat with full Part 1 UK registration.
