Broker's Comments
This lovely, classic, gentleman's cruiser was commissioned by Mr Charles Roe, chairman of C.H.Roe of Leeds who were coach-builders manufacturing buses. In fact one can still see evidence of the gifts or "special price items" that were showered on the boat from grateful trade suppliers to C.H.Roe. Hence the omnibus trend in appearance.
She has provided her present owners with comfortable accommodation for some years now and although some might feel the need for some updating and, as ever with a boat of this age, some TLC she will no doubt continue to be a lovely live-aboard and a very eye catching gentleman's cruiser to all who see her.
