I want to start by saying this yacht is turn key ready. Everything has been serviced.The yacht has been detailed recently inside and out. The canvas on the top is brand new with the exception of the aft piece.

Sea Ray has long been know for it's long lines and comfortable ride. From the unmistakable beautiful look to the wide beam this one has it all. The sleek running surface and traditional color makes this a perfect 10. The vessel meets USCG and ABYC standards. It is construted with high performance vinylester resins, zink hull plates, bronze running gear. The bottom was just recently painted and all shaft zincs,rudder zincs,transom zincs have all been replaced. She is ready for the summer.

The master cabin is one of beauty. It has a full size queen bed with ample storage beneath in drawers. There are two large hanging lockers port and starboard. The owners stateroom has it's own air conditioning system and access to the private head. The large walk in shower with seat makes you feel at home, along with the fresh water vacuflush head. The custom bedding and the large storage areas make this yacht more than just a weekender.
There is a wonderful aft cabin with sliding privacy door. It has is own full head compartment, complete with hot and cold water, vanity shower and fresh water VacuFlush head. The entire cabin surface is covered with snap in Sunbrella carpet as well as step savers to keep the carpets looking new.
When entering the saloon from the companion way you are met with a large open and well lit space. The head liner is vinyl and has lighting and other effects that make this living space very inviting to be in.
The saloon features a convertible dinette settee and table which quickly and easily converts into a double
berth when needed. There is also storage beneath the cushions and in the cabin sole.
The galley has been well thought out with a full size Norcold 12v/11v refrigerator/freezer , a microwave oven, counter top electric stove, a hot/cold pressurized water system with large sink, a built in coffee maker, and a flat screen TV, and stereo . The solid surface counter tops have plenty of space when preparing dinner or just entertaining . All areas are decorated tastefully and with easy to clean Marine vinyl’s. This fine yacht has been maintained and is in ship shape condition and ready for it's new owners.

The deck has ample room too move from port to starboard. You can walk forward on the side gunnels with help from stainless hand rails. There is a sun pad on the forward deck, and controls for the windlass. The aft T&T lift is accessible though a port side transom door.It also has a remote.The aft deck boast a large L shaped seating area with table. There is plenty of room for whatever the occasion. The deck is covered in outdoor marine removable carpet that is in good shape.

When I first came aboard the 400 Sea Ray Sun Dancer, I new that I had come aboard a yacht. The aft cockpit interior is surrounded by deep vinyl seating with a good size cocktail table for those summer afternoon lunches. The huge TNT hydraulic platform and the full sized transom door make boarding this boat a breeze. The snap in carpet also gives the owner the comfort of quietness and good looks. There is a cockpit ice maker and sink on the port side which serves as a reminder of the entertainment possibilities that this type of yacht can deliver. The helm chair is fit for a king and the port side passenger seat is large enough for two. The windshield has a electric window for those summer breezes and the navigation center has the tools to get you there and back. The companion way is large and easy to enter. There is carpet in the saloon and lower steps and is protected with snap in sunbrella covers. The saloon settee converts to a double bed and the aft cabin is simple gorgeous, it has a privacy door and a complete head. The master cabin has a private head with sit down shower and solid surface counter tops. It also boosts a fresh water vacuflush head system. There are deep hanging lockers on P&S side and plenty of storage in drawers. The galley is fully useable from the full sized refrigerator to the micro wave, and 3 burner ceramic hot plate, not to mention the huge amount of dry storage. There is a entertainment center with TV and stereo for those rainy days.
This yacht has low hours and has been maintained by an owner who showed pride in ownership. It is priced to sell and ready for it’s new owners.
