Looks can deceive. Under the somewhat tired exterior lies a light, spacious interior of surprising good quality joinery and some excellent equipment, including cabin heating and hot water.
The exterior would probably be improved by the removal of the roof-top small animal enclosure.
I have posted some photos of this boat in her original layout which is a separate wheelhouse forward, aft owner's accommodation and a centre cockpit. Clearly, the thrn owners didn't want to mix with their staff. Later she was converted to her present layout (staff sacked).
The quality of the wood the wood work, inside and out would suggest a professional quality job.
The owner has the dark blue 'leatherette' upholstery and a mahogany saloon table in storage away from the boat.
The Bravo II outdrives are probably in need of replacing with reconditioned versions and the engines will need a full service and inspection before running. We are told the engines were in good running order before the boat was laid up three years ago.
This boat would make a very comfortable liveaboard but she is more than that. She appears to be a capable coastal cruiser. Alternatively, she would make a great boat for doing the French canals.
If you can see beyond the initial impression, she could shine again. A lot of boat for the money
