Recent new engine parts include 4" exhaust manifolds, mufflers and a heat exchanger. There are receipts for all work done by this seller. The engine hour meter may read in the 575 range due to an ignition key being left on.
Both the 12 volt and the 120 systems have been recently rewired. All 120 receptacles are GFCI protected.

In the spring of 2019 this vessel had about $8,000 spent on top side paint, bottom paint, new batteries and engine service.
Starting all the way forward is the V-berth cabin with access to the anchor locker and open storage below. The cushions and upholstery are attractive and comfortable. The side walls are varnished mahogany panels and the overhead is vinyl. The floor is varnished teak and holly. Aft and to port is the head, counter and sink and aft in the head is a shower enclosure. To starboard is the galley with sink and counter with microwave and Norcold under-counter refrigerator. There are two small drawers and storage below the sink. Aft to port is the convertible dinette with table and seating for four and to starboard is a single settee. All the interior surfaces are clean and attractive.
Up three steps to the aft deck with the helm to port and seating to starboard. The helm features controls for the center window opening, a beautiful rebuilt instrument panel, and full access to navigation instruments.
