Built in 2003 by Colecraft and fitted out to a high standard, this one cabin boat offers lots of living space for an individual or couple looking for a floating home with a bit more room than the average 60' boat.
Entering from the bow into a porch area, the boat opens out into a large living area with dining table and L-shaped sofa. There is a multi-fuel stove installed as well as central heating. The galley is well equipped with gas cooker and full sized fridge/freezer.
The bathroom has pump out electric loo and bath with overhead shower. The master cabin is a really good size with lots of hanging storage space. The engine room at the stern offers even more storage options as well as good access to the engine and auxiliary equipment.
The boat is sold with a transferable leisure mooring at Limehouse Basin (7.5% transfer fee). The owner has secured a 5 year contract which is also transferable and reduces the amount of price rises within the 5 years. Current mooring fees are £11,891 per annum. Excellent transport links to the City and Canary Wharf as well as being part of a tight-knit community make this an excellent place to live on the water.
