What the owner say's about the design of the yacht and why a semi displacement with one engine was chosen.
"At first we were thinking of building a planning hull with two engines. But the problem with this is the tremendous fuel consumption on a yacht of this size. The goal was to build a yacht that would look like a super yacht with all its comforts, but with less fuel consumption so the total selling price could be much lower than what is common. In the end I built a semi displacement hull designed for one engine. A common fuel consumption for a yacht of this size with a planing hull and 2 engines is over 130 liters/hour and often much more at their cruising speed. These yachts do not perform well at low speeds, it is just the nature of the design. At a speed of 6-7 knots which is quite common when crossing the oceans, my yacht will consume less than 10 liters/hour with a range of over 3800 km during 350 hours. The price of the yacht is very low considering design and quality. Therefore, it seams logical to design it for low fuel consumption. A person who wants to buy my yacht will probably not want to have high fuel consumption. Look at the consumption of 25 meter yachts, it is usually enormous. And the price is much higher. So if you have a low price yacht, it makes sense to also design it for low consumption. Some people are afraid to have one engine. But if you look at the yachts designed to make long distances at economical prices, they almost all have either a full displace or semi displacement hull and just one engine. Engines today are very reliable as long as they get regular maintenance. If your clients want, they can always have a gasoline outboard motor that can be stored next to the landing craft, and lifted with the crane onto the swimming platform. This will get the yacht to the nearest harbour if the main engine would fail. It is also possible to put a small auxiliary engine inside the engine room on the backboard side."

The heavy-duty, very rigid GRP / Marine ply / Epoxy construction is about 95% complete and she is ready to be custom fitted and furnished. The estimated time for this is 4-5 months.
As seen on the floor plans, the unusual design of the upper decks allows for widening the passage to the front part of the yacht making it safe and comfortable. Since the passage goes over the flybridge, the width of the main living room becomes wider than on other boats of the same size, allowing for a practical floor plan that is only normally possible on larger vessels.
There is still considerable space left on deck for additional add-ons if needed such as seating, bar, etc.
Also unusual for a yacht of this size is the vast boarding platform with its large storage space on and underneath.
Two water tanks 1 x 6,000 L and 1 x 4,000 L giving a total capacity of 10,000 L.

1 crew cabin for 2 persons. Also 1 small cabin for 1 or 2 kids inside the front double.
