Broker's Comments
This houseboat is full of character. It is unique and funky design, and provides plenty of living space. It has a full galley, bathroom with head and shower stall, two separate sleeping areas with queen sized beds and a living area with couch. Since 2003, the current owners have replaced the wiring and electrics panel and all batteries. They have also installed a hot-water heater, a Tundra refrigerator, an incinolet toilet, and a propane oven/stove. This boat has everything you need to live aboard in comfort. Enjoy low-cost living on the water! 206-719-2766
